Door latched. Buttons set. No foreign obstructions. The impeller in the drain spins, appears to be intact but no water to the sprayer arms. Wha? Ben.

Does the motor run after the unit fills? If the motor runs, there may be a blockage or the wash impeller is broken.
Here is a breakdown of the wash pump assm. Take the top of the pump apart and check out these parts and clean thoroughly.
Hope this helps!

Chuck, The machine appears to follow its normal cycle, just no water from the sprayer arms. I disassembled the parts shown on your diagram down to the motor shaft, closed the door, turned the machine on for a moment then quickly opened the door and found the shaft and the impeller spinning. (I assume this is the impeller that pushes water through the spray arms.) It all appears to be clean and unobstructed. Any other ideas? Ben.

The impeller you removed, # 6 on the diagram, is it cracked where the shaft goes in? Is it stripped? Look at it very closely, this is the part that builds the water pressure.

Chuck, Bingo. It is the top piece of the three piece assembly in part No. 9. It's a transition between the motor's shaft and the impeller. At first I couldn't figure it out because the motor shaft is round and smooth and the inside of the transition piece is cylindrical. It wasn't until I drew my nail toward the lower part of the motor shaft that I felt the fine threads, Apparently their mates inside the plastic transition have worn away. Poor design.
